Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini underwear and bath & body products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Our fashion-loving customer service team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our US headquarters at:

  5. Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your AE77 Premium Top or other item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable.
